Bob Hogan joined FEWA in 1997 after running a local restaurant chain. A graduate of Iona College with a degree in Business Administration, he quickly advanced to Vice President by 2010, earning awards like Manager of the Year and Aquion’s President’s Advisory Council honor. Bob lives in Oviedo with his wife and three daughters and attributes his success to his dedication to helping families.

Josh Lightfoot joined FEWA in 2007, rising from an entry-level role to Director of Operations in 2021. Recognized with multiple awards, including FEWA’s Employee of the Year, Josh lives in Apopka with his wife, Meghan, and their two children. He enjoys music, cooking, and supporting the growth of FEWA’s service and installation departments.

Bob Thomas, our new CFO, brings decades of experience from the orange juice industry, where he served as an Operations and Supply Chain Finance Professional and Director of Operations Finance. With extensive expertise in construction and manufacturing, Bob is well-equipped to drive financial strategy and growth. A passionate Chicago Cubs fan, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

Tim has been with FEWA since 1993, shortly after earning his BA from UCF. After 4 years in sales & management, he was quickly promoted to President. Residing in Apopka with his wife and two sons, Tim values leading & helping the company his father founded in 1990. He attributes the company’s long-term success to its employees’ and management’s dedication to customer satisfaction.

Andy started his career as a service technician 36 years ago and rose to lead Rainsoft before retiring. Now, as CEO of FEWA, he is focused on continuing the company’s success while expanding its business. With a wealth of experience, Andy is dedicated to driving growth and enhancing the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Originally from across the pond, he has made his home in America with his wife and 5 children.

Mike joined FEWA’s sales team part-time in 2008 and became full-time in 2010, earning Rookie of the Year for outstanding sales. A former high school teacher and coach, he now lives in Longwood with his wife, Jennifer, and their five children, enjoying basketball, cards, and sports in his free time.

Terrence joined FEWA in 2002 and now serves as Director of Sales & Marketing after earning multiple promotions and awards, including Manager of the Year and Aquion’s President’s Advisory Council honor. A Duke University graduate and former NFL player, Terrence lives in Riverview with his wife and their two children.

Scottie is a 3rd generation FEWA team member who began his full-time career in 2020 after earning a Criminal Justice degree from UCF. Recognized as FEWA’s 2020 Rookie of the Year, he advanced to Sales Director for Palm Beach County in 2022, dedicated to helping customers solve their water problems.

Keith joined FEWA in 2009, quickly excelling in sales. His passion for training and development led him to become a Sales Manager in 2010. In 2018, he was promoted to Director of the East Coast Division, and in 2019, he was honored as Employee of the Year. Keith lives in Melbourne with his wife, Maria, and their three children.
